"Dr. Ward was kind and had good bed-side manner. However, she didn't explain what I was getting tested for. She didn't ask if I wanted all of the tests and I didn't feel as though she gave me all of my options regarding my medical needs. There was one front desk staff that was very nice. However, she did not know how to process my private insurance bill pay. The other front desk staff were rude and talked over the young lady who was helping me. They did not smile or make me feel welcomed. There was an attitude from the other staff member. I ended up paying a large amount at each visit (x3). Now, I'm receiving bills in the mail that I was not told I'd receive. At one visit, I wasn't told to pay. They called me while I was half way home and told me that I owed money. I asked if I could pay online and they said that the fees would increase if paid at a later date. I had to turn around and go back to back the amounts. I won't be going back to this facility or doctor."

"I really have enjoyed all my visits with Dr. Ward. She listens to every single one of my concerns big or small. She always takes her time with me and never once has made me feel rushed. I am a very high anxiety person and she always makes me feel better about things I’ve been worrying about every time I leave her office. Highly recommend!"

"The front end staff were not that knowledgeable. Though the doctor was polite and very efficient in her work. Front end staff were not aware of the insurance plan. They told me to self pay. But thanks to the other lady, she came and told the front staff how to enter insurance plan in the system. Otherwise i would have self paid unnecessarily. Thanks!"
