"Chris gave me the most amazing customer service experience I've had in a shoe store since the days of the great Al Bundy. My 30 year old Redwing boots needed some fixing in the toe in a hurry. Chris was able to do a quick temporary fix on the boot and gave them a couple of coats of well needed oil. The fix is working, and I will be dropping them off next week to get the full repair needed. Redwings sell themselves, but Chris makes Redwings sell better!"

"Let me start this off by saying we HATE shopping. Like avoid it like the plague hate it. So when the time came for my husband to buy new work boots, you can bet we weren’t excited. We had heard wonderful things about Red Wing as a company so we made our way to the Littleton location. Let me tell you, this was, hands down, the BEST shopping experience either of us has ever had. We had walked in, unknowingly, right before they closed, but the two fabulous employees (Chris and one other gentleman, we didn’t catch his name unfortunately) made us feel right at home and like it was no bother at all. They stayed over an hour late for just us, random potential customers that came in late. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They answered every single question we threw at them, were honest and realistic about everything, and so down to earth. It didn’t feel “sales-y” at all. By the end, it felt like we made new friends and got some amazing boots. My husband is so happy with the purchase and feels such peace of mind knowing Red Wing is right around the corner if we need them. Thank you guys for keeping true to your mission. "DO NOT BUY RED WING BOOTS!!! That is unless you want to spend over $300 minimum for plantar fascia. Ya I wore these boots for a little over a year, and they messed my foot up bad. As soon as I switched to a pair of boots that were ½ the price, my plantar fascia got better. The boots don't even hold up. I had to replace my $300 boots after 9 months. Did Red Wing just give them to me to replace? No, they made me pay another $200 for them. That's what you get for relying on the sunk cost fallacy. My feet only got worse. Red Wing is just another company relying on their reputation to sell garbage. Maybe they made good boots at one time, but now they're just another lying corporation. DO NOT BUY IF YOU RELY ON YOUR FEET!!!"
