"My kid went from being in the 86th percentile to being in the 6th percentile because they measured me differently. Once with the actual measuring tape and the ultrasound and the second time with only the ultra sound claiming my kid was rapidly loosing weight even though I gained weight that week. Couldn’t answer my questions properly then shamed me because I wasn’t comfortable inducing. My best friend who went with me said she was shocked by the way the doctor treated me. I finally decide to induce and while in the room I get shamed for not wanting an epidural; I got checked for dialation in what I would describe being punched because I wouldn’t check an animal that way and when I winced in pain I was told to stay still and get the epidural if I couldn’t handle it. I got the epidural and they made me push 3 or 4 times when Lori said if my baby wasn’t out she would C-Section despite me being uncomfortable and ZERO complications. I pushed him out on the 5 or 6th go out of fear of a C- Section for Lori to laugh and say I was right my baby WASNT underweight; and then she left. I wasn’t told the epidural is medical grade fentanyl and my baby was born with the shakes and puking up blood. No one told me it was because of the epidural instead they all played dumb and poked my baby 5-6 times to repeatedly check for low sugar levels. Overall: none of my questions could be answered properly by the doctor leaving me feeling confused. She shamed me at the very least 2 times and was incredibly rough with me during my birthing process. I was left feeling she recommended inducing, c section and an epidural all to make the hospital extra money. I’ve talked to other moms who went through her and have heard similar stories. I would NOT recommend this doctor nor St. Marys, hospital."
