Buffalo Wild Wings

"After tonight, I will probably never visit another Buffalo Wild Wings again. It's sad to see these chain restaurants quality of food go way down. Management does not even care, nor check on guests. Wings used to be a staple for Buffalo Wild Wings many years ago, but now mostly dry, and over sauced. That's what happens when chains get too big, quality of food, service, and management goes way down."

"This location has given up on trying. Look at my pics of their “seasoned” wings. They literally just dumped all the seasoning on one and called it a day. If you can, just find a different place to eat. Service here isn’t even good when you’re the only ones there. Servers just disappear and you have to wait 20 minutes just to get a drink refill in on a slow day. Update: I gave this location another shot and it’s significantly worse than before. They raised all the prices on the menu quite a bit. The music was so loud we couldn’t hear anyone sitting right next to you talking in the group and had to ask them to turn it down. It was like weirdly club-loud. And service is still horrible even when there’s no one eating there you can’t find anyone working to take your order or refill a drink. We have given up on this place and won’t be back."

"Came in for late night food. Ordered some wings and this potato wedges. They are completely burned, very bitter. The service said it is because of the oil. I asked if we can get a new order, she immediately said it would be the same because the kitchen didn’t get chance to change the oil. She didn’t even try to solve the issue. And we still had to pay the full price. Just for todays experience I gave 1 stars"

"Stopped off for a quick bite to eat after a shopping trip at IKEA! Although we weren’t immediately greeted, a server came to get us quickly sat at a booth indoors. I immediately noticed the rough shape of the booth bench but otherwise, our table was clean and organized. Our server Ashley, was amazing, friendly and very observant to our needs, never pushy but always there if we needed her. We decided on a couple of beers and a selection of wings, as it was supposed to be a quick lunch. We chose the hot wings (pretty spicy), General Tsao’s, and the Chili Lime Wings. We also ordered an order of (large) fries which I would say were more of a medium size than large. Overall I would say the wings were good but not memorable. They weren’t as hot (temperature-wise) or crispy as I normally like them, however the taste was ok. Our ketchup bottle was empty so we snagged one from another table. We were given plenty of napkins and there were also a good amount of individuality wrapped wet ones at the table - which we definitely needed. Beers were good, cold and refreshing. The manager, Marshall, checked up on us a couple of times which was nice to see that level of caring. Overall the experience was good for a fast and quick meal with a beer. Food was ok - service was amazing!"
