"After having tried a couple more popular and well known donut places that similarly have doughy, hard and dry doughnuts I thought Colorado just wasn’t the place for donuts, maybe it was the altitude. I then tried this place, the donut I had was soft and pillowy, unlike any other Colorado donut I had thus far. I wont name drop the other places I tried, but this is the be all and end all as far as I know so far. Its worth the drive."
"Ordered ahead and picked up 12x 1/2 dozen of donuts for my marketing for my business. These are hands down the best donuts I've had in a long time. Will be coming back for personal and business needs. A+"
"Best donuts in the state. Get there early if you want to partake in their cronuts. I have not had anything bad ever. They also make amazing homemade macaroons. Kind, friendly, warm faces every time I have ever gone in. If you're looking for your favorite donut....you have found it."
"Our first visit was on last Saturday and they were totally sold out. It turned out that they had only just opened 2 days prior. We went by on Sunday before church and they were still working out some issues with their menu board, pricing, and register. We opted to try again this weekend and I went by early (5:10 AM) on Saturday and it went a lot better. After talking a bit with the owner, they're still working on training their staff who were pretty much all new, and working on getting everything necessary for the menu items. As a a former small business owner I understand these struggles. Also, there was a comment about the pricing. Their register was having a lot of issues the first week and some confusion over the menu. I hope to see this resolved soon. For instance, they sell a 1/2 dozen cake donuts (which sell alone for $1.00) for $6.00, but if you add raised/yeast donuts which sell for $1.50 each it changes the price. I had seen another customer who had an issue with this expecting to get their four cake donuts and two yeast donuts for $6.00 instead of the $7.00 that it should have been. All in all, I enjoyed my experience, the donuts were very good, and I look forward to seeing how they progress in the next few months. Edit: I was able to take a few more pictures on our last trip to give a better overall view of the restaurant."
