"I ordered a double truffle mushroom and Swiss burger add onion rings spent $21 for a meal. I tipped the cashier $5 before the order was processed. I had to wait almost 30mins to get my order. There was a small onion ring on my burger I asked for. The bun is almost burnt and there is burnt cheese all around my burger. Highly disappointed. Especially when I tipped before receiving the order. I drove back to smash burger and let Mike know about my concerns. He happily helped with giving me a new burger no questions asked. I was happy with the out come just wish I didn't wast an hour of my time."
"Not a single person in line and my fiancé asked if they could make a deconstructed burger so that it could be reheated at a later time. Person taking the order says sure, when the meal arrived, it was a complete burger wrapped in the parchment or wax paper the way, I assume, staff is trained. I DON'T mind if you do not offer this option and you have a standard of making food, but do not tell us you can assist in a request and than completely ignore the request. Burger was OK quality, but for the price and service, I am going to In-N-Out."
"I was kinda surprised at how expensive everything was, and that there's no option for a combo. I can understand the food being expensive when it's higher quality, but I was very disappointed when I decided to go for 3 dollar fries and they were room temperature and stale. I didn't even bother getting a soft drink because everything was expensive. The water was good at least. The burger was ok. The bacon was tasty, but it didn't feel like there was much. The avocado wasn't very distinct. The bun was a kind I'd never seen, that didn't look very appetizing, but in that regard, I think I'm just picky with bread. It also took like, 20 minutes for my food to come out, only for the fries to be cold. Not a great first impression, doubt I will return."
"We came to the Smash in Castle Rock today and wanted to use a coupon for BOGO and was told they don’t accept those coupons. The cashier stated his manager is not accepting the coupons because he did not sign up for them. Was unwilling to get a manger to come talk to us and didn’t not take the coupon either. If anyone in Castle Rock has these coupons be aware they are not accepting them and won’t please the customer by honoring them either."
"This Smash Burger is located right by the outlet stores. We arrived around 6:30p on a Sunday night and there was a decent line. It took maybe 5-10 minutes to order our food. The brussel sprouts we're tasty and the burgers we're about average. Clean location, decent prices."
