"Scheduled a tour to start my 2 girls. Something came up so I called to reschedule and the lady just gets mad at me and says so you’re cancelling?? And I again repeated I wanted to reschedule and she goes ok I cancelled it. And proceeds to hang up on me. Very unprofessional and thank god I won’t be taking my babies here!!"
"I as a parent found this daycare to be extremely professional, they care about the children’s well being and they make sure the children develop and learn at an appropriate and even advanced rate. My child is always excited to go in the morning to see his teacher and his friends he is always telling me about all the things he learned and all the fun things he did with his friends. Overall I find the environment for the children to be extremely satisfactory!"
"If you are not a christian and do not want your child to pray to jesus, DO NOT ATTEND this daycare. I had no idea they were doing this to my 4 year old until she asked me who jesus was. This is not posted as a religious daycare. Also they are very intolerant of any lateness. Even if it is only 2 times in a year and a half. I felt as if they somehow thought i was a bad parent for being late. I also experienced some prejudice by way of how they treated my daughter who is a recovering addict and has reconnected to her children. They feel the need to ask me over and over for new permissions for her to pick up her kids, as if i am not able to make that decision. I also had to repeatedly give them paperwork they keep losing. I watched them tell a 4 year old who was going to play outside be told as he was standing in line to get sunscreen, that he could not have any because his dad had not brought any. There were 15 bottles of sunscreen available. I put our sunscreen on him and said, any child who needs sunscreen can have some of ours. She sneered at me. My daughter picks up my kids and was sneered at by tassi the director. She did not think it was noticed, but it was, and not by only my daughter by another of their clients, who then said something to my daughter, wow was that sneer for you? Pretty unprofessional the other client said. I have had numerous problems. Also they accept ccap, but if you forget your card they do not let you leave your child. This is not ok by ccap standards and is not acceptable. You have the right to back swipe for 10 days due to card loss or waiting for benefits. My youngest never wants to go to daycare, that leaves me wondering....why? They call her lily rose, her name is lillie jean, i have had to ask repeatedly for them to call her by HER NAME. This daycare did not physically harm my kids, but it was a stresser in my life instead of the helper it should have been. I can't in good conscience give a good report for this daycare."
"My step son is currently enrolled here, and I have to say, I am appalled by this place. As opposed to paying attention to the children, the employees let them nap for up to four hours at a time, and because of this, my step son barely sleeps at night. Today, we had to leave for work early, and was informed they'd only let my step son stay here for 10 hours total, or they'd charge us more. We veryou seldom if ever have to leave him there even close to that long, and that's why we just learned this today. It seems like they pay little to no attention to the children, but have no problem taking our money. Do not send your child here, this place is a joke."
"My son only went here for 2 months, and it was more than I could stand. I am giving it 2 stars since his main teacher was nice and they were cheap, but everything else about it was bad. Rundown, overcrowded building, no security or locks, rarely anyone was manning the front desk, and when there were issues (which there were plenty) they made it clear they were not happy to help and didn't know what they were doing. Children wandering the halls. They also broke several laws pertaining to child to teacher ratios in the morning. They would frequently pull the front desk/admin lady in as a floater to try to get closer to the ratio, but that lady had zero interest in interacting with the children and would ignoring crying children (definitely not a qualified group leader) or leave the room. My son hated going, and when I went to pick him up I would find him just standing around bored and desperate to see me (rather than interacting with the toys or adult in the room). At his new daycare, he is always is happily playing when I arrive. I counted 16 separate violations of the RULES REGULATING CHILD CARE CENTERS code, but I was afraid to report all their numerous code violations for fear of retribution against my son. I doubt they have cleaned up their act, so just avoid this place."
