Liberty Mutual Auto Insurance

"Not sure people really look at reviews here but I gotta warn everyone that Liberty Mutual was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any Insurance company, My car was struck by a mail truck and the driver admitted fault, after not totaling my car it was sent to be repaired and took over 6 months to be returned after they spent $21,000 to fix it, that is not an exaggerated number I was livid when I saw the final bill, liberty mutual did not reimburse me for my rental car and forced me to pay my 1000$ dollar deductible and did not reimburse me for that till over a year later. Truly just awful, I'd recommend you run far far away from this office before something similar happens to you and they send you down the river without a paddle."

"Their home owners policy was good but when you have an issue like hail damage and they have an estimator come out they need to have their programming updated to current day prices because everything was way underpriced for what they wanted to pay versus what they should be paying"

"So far I've been passed around from person to person. My house was damaged by the hail storm and the adjuster came out and was pretty rough. He acted like I was trying to get more than I should. He wanted me to produce pictures of my house before the storm to prove damage. Ok only went with them because Centura Health offered a discount. I made a huge mistake. Please! I'm begging you, stay away from Liberty Mutual!!!!!!"

"Why? I would rather pay more and actually get some service. Don't let the incessant commercials sway you the service is horrible. They need to stop spending money on commercials and start investing in customer care."
