"Foster care services isn't what your told this place is when MCDHS is doing what they do best and lying to you. I was told this was a place were I would be visiting my child and turns out they don't just supervise visits, they consider themselves parenting time coaches. Then they have reports they turn into MCDHS that sometimes are worded so that it can be held against you by MCDHS. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the person "supervising" my visits is actually helpful and I believe tries to really genuinely help."

"They push to put kids into different outside programs, saying they will pick them up from school and help them to thrive to be their best...yet the person picking them up is ALWAYS late or sick, putting foster parents in a bind at the last minute. Being timely and dependable shiuld be. Priority when it clmes to your job."

"Not very accommodating or helpful with information to parents.some times just outright rude. Would not recommend for any family. Also very minimal visits and no family aloud. It's suppose to be in the best intrest of the child and yet they are not set up in a way that is beneficial to the parents or children and hard to contact or find any info when questions are asked some are never resolved. Please if you value your time with your child chose else where the staff does not inform parents very well about any thing that's going on or options they may have. I recommend finding another place."

"The staff here do a great job coordinating between foster parents and people visiting the children. They also seem to really care for the kids during visits and make sure the right services are offered to parents."
