"030324 @ 8 a.m. Heavy set, black long haired female employee wearing a long tan sweater snapping and rolling her eyes at the male employee behind the counter who took my order. Also got into a debate regarding the cane sugar (clearly stated on packet) that I requested by insisting it was "brown sugar." Doesn't interact well with paying customers and other Starbucks employees creating a hostile environment."

"Stopped here for a quick bite to eat and coffee on my way from the World War II aviation museum. It started out a little rough because the coffee they gave me was cold. However, I’m giving this place a five star because the person at the window is so friendly and quickly made me a fresh hot cup of coffee as a substitute."

"I don't even remember who it was (Matt?) working the window. I forgot his name because he was so good at his job. I was looking at the sales sign. He was like I see you eyeing that sale sign. Which one do you want? I wasn't even prepared to buy a cup today but you know what, I'm happy I did. He almost convinced me to buy a second one. He talked about how much they make great Christmas gifts. He was very personable without being over the top. Just an overall nice encounter, without being too much of a fake customer service voice cause we all know food and retail jobs can be trash because customers are wild. And now I have a cup that matches my nail polish so I'm happy and the cups are 50% off!!"

"This location was renovated in 2023, and the new look and feel is great. The fireplace is still there. There is a big group table for eight people (better than the old one that was there). Great feel!"
