"I try something new every-time I go. So far not a single bad drink and there is plenty to select from. Golden Eagle was so good, I forgot to take picture until after it was gone."

"Went to this location this morning to get two coffee’s. When I pulled up there was no one out taking orders and there was only cars in the left line. I was going to go in the right line but I didn’t want to cut the other two cars ahead of me so I just went behind the car in the left lane. Figured they weren’t out taking orders because it was cold and not busy. Two cars pulled up a couple minutes after me and went to the right line, then two people came out to take orders and went to the people that pulled in after me to the right. While they were taking their orders the line moved up so I moved up behind the car ahead of me. Then one of the girls came up to take my order and said very rudely “next time you need to wait until we take your order cause it throws off the orders”. I said “well I was here before the other cars to the right of me”. She said “well still you need to wait” and rudely took my order and ran back inside. When I pulled up the girl at the window started rambling off a long order that was not mine. I said I had the two coffees, she replied even ruder then the first girl “did you see the sign to go to the shortest line?” I said “no and I have never had such rude people at a Dutch Brothers”. She rolled her eyes at me and said “neither have I”. Wow I guess now I know to go to the shorter line even if I’m cutting people, and to never go to this location again. I have never had worse customer service anywhere and usually the people that work at Dutch Bros are very friendly and happy."

"Everytime we come to this location, they seem to not have a care in the world for how the drinks are supposed to be made. No matter what drink, they never put the soft top nor whip cream, even when asked to. Staff seems incredibly rude and judgy. It also feels liek when I asked to get my redbull drink iced it taste like watered down soda, I've never had to deal with this at any other location in the springs. Definitely will not be going back."

"Staff are great and super kind. Not sure if today was a fluke but I sat behind 5 cars today for 25 mins which just seems a bit long. Love the brand just want to get through faster if possible."

"I adore Dutch bros coffee. The workers are always friendly even when working thru long lines. The lines, when they do occur always move quickly. Order takers are so knowledgeable in the drink combos and happy to answer questions to ensure you are happy with your drink before leaving. The team always seems like they are partying and having a good time and happen to be at work, i love the atmosphere, always adds to the pick me up in my coffee."
