"We were more than disappointed. The fruit cup was nothing but stale fruit. There were no cucumber sandwiches, chicken salad, lemon curd, nor clotted cream. The tea sandwiches were a joke. Dry, unappealing and gross. Then, the desserts. A total disappointment. No sweet tea cakes, custards, cookies. Just cheap little cupcakes and I do not know what was in the little shot glass. Too sweet and unbearable. At $45 per person, I felt that I had definitely been taken to the cleaners. I will not ever go back. Take heed and save yourself a trip to Manitou Springs, only to be very let down and disappointed."

"Wow, it was totally worth it. Beautiful setting with all sorts of cool little details. The teas were good, but the food was even better. There was obviously a lot of time and effort to prepare the unique little dishes. The servers were attentive and took time to explain everything. We actually left feeling full and satisfied, and the time flew by. Perfect occasion for anyone who even slightly enjoys drinking tea."
