"The beignets mini’s that were fully cooked were good. Unfortunately some of them were not cooked all the way and were doughy in the middle. The staff were not friendly. We sat outside which was nice."

"Beignets are just as good as the ones you’ll find in NOLA. Highly recommend if you’re in Manitou Springs! Seriously 10/10 on those! Service was fine, the girl we had looked like she was annoyed to be working.. but was alright. Inside was your normal cafe vibe. Now just a few negatives.. Drinks: The Carmel latte I got comes from a machine and it was so sweet I couldn’t even drink it. 1/10 Seating: It was a cold day and all the seating inside was taken and the outside seating had no heat stands near by. Maybe that’s something that could be useful in the future for the colder months? If anything get the Beignets!"

"I wanted to love this place more than I actually did. The inside and patio are cute af. They have cute locally made items for sale which makes it extra cute. They are also dog friendly. However the drinks where not great I would rate it like a 1 in looks and 0 in taste. I heard the beignets were good so maybe try that."

"Overall Rating: 4.75. Freshly prepared beignets are scrumptious. Initially ordered 4 beignets & placed another order of 4. I was born/raised in New Orleans & never had beignets anywhere outside of New Orleans this tasty. Owner from New Orleans & it shows. Few retail items & souvenirs available for purchase. Centrally located in Manitou Springs by souvenir shops, eateries & historical landmarks. Strongly recommend checking it out & support locally opened business."
