"Came here looking for coffee flights.. Place was extremely busy. There was a very long line but no signs or anything telling you where to go. Other patrons are not super friendly so they won’t tell you either. Had to stand in line and try to fight for a table to sit.. I don’t honestly know if you should find a table first or order first. It’s a bit of an anxiety attack either way lol. Let’s start with the coffee flights themselves. They didn’t look like anyone else’s. Nothing like the pictures that are shown and posted. They were absolutely terrible. No flavor and not one was sweet. One was even watered down. & They were actually very bitter. Also there was nothing showing which coffee was which so we were drinking them blindly. Food was hot and fresh. It’s not for everyone. Green chili is definitely different.. The bagel was good. They give you enough eggs which I liked! The customer service here is kind of non existent. You order, you find your own table, you get your own drinks, you clean up your own mess and can’t ask for nothing as they are busy.. I wouldn’t recommend."

"The Exchange has easily become my new favorite local spot! Plenty of vegan and GF options, which I love. Industrial interior vibes mixed with lots of plants and cozy spots to enjoy your food and tea/coffee, work on your computer, meet up for a cute date or hang with friends, or read a good book. The service is always amazing too"

"Amazing downtown coffee shop with huge selection of baked goods and other food to choose from. Large selection of loose leaf teas (my goto is the Boulder Breakfast) for the non coffee drinkers. Variety of seating options and a patio if its nice out. My goto place for a quick business meeting or to catch up with a friend. Several Vegan and Vegetarian options available."

"Shrimp & Grits are spicy and delicious. Loved the yogurt parfait….but it sadly doesn’t come in a parfait glass :( Mimosa flight great! Not so much for the Bloody Mary flight…unless you are looking to blow fire from your mouth at breakfast. Scene is nice, but could be a little loud so not suggested for intimate conversation. Plenty of seating at 0800 on a Saturday, tables full by 9, but space in the loft a plenty. Would visit again if in the area (I’m an out of town visitor). Walkable to estate sale warehouse, downtown, and switchback stadium."

"Solid brunch spot where all the cool kids hang out. Food is extremely creative, with decent coffee options. Large baked treats selection as well as giving you an excellent location to chat with friends or pretend to work on the laptop. Parking is limited to street. Vegan options are delicious, although vegetarian specific options are lacking. No substitutions are allowed."
