"I've never had bad service at any Starbucks until today. 1 young lady with a hickey, looked like she just rolled out of bed. The other couldn't stop talking about her love life for 30 seconds to hand me my muffin."

"If you like overpriced WRONG coffee orders, then check this Starbucks out! There was 4 young girls working and they were not busy. So to say they might have been understaffed is inaccurate. One girl took orders and wrote down what we wanted, one girl made coffee, the third stood on her phone doing nothing. And the forth was just out wandering the store. I absolutely love Starbucks but will not return to this one. Both of my orders were completely wrong and were horrible. Never returning again!"

"Though I hate having to walk into target to get Starbucks, I’ve never been dissatisfied at this location. They’re often a little slow but that’s because it’s always just one person working. They’re very kind and lovely. The last time the gal even told me the fall launch date when I asked. One other location had denied that information lol."

"Drove here last night because website says they are open until 9pm. At 8:20p.m. They were shutting everything down. I asked if they were open and the employee said no. I said the website says 9 and she just scoffed rudely. We just wanted simple coffee, I asked if there was any left over we could just buy. Nope. Based on the reviews, looks like the employees set the hours as they choose. ‘Wouldn’t have bothered with a review if the employee hadn’t been so dismissive and rude."
