"Max is extremely rude all the time. Seems like she hates her job honestly. My drink was made incorrectly and when I asked for it to be corrected she gave the biggest attitude. Didn’t remake my drink correctly just added the cold foam even tho the entire drink was made incorrectly"
"I didn't catch her name, but after I ordered my coffee, I went to sit down. She brought me out my coffee, which I didn't expect and also wrote me a sweet note on my cup. In a society full of crabby a-holes that all hate each other, it's really refreshing to have such a pleasant person to interact with. Made my day"
