"Placed a delivery order through the app. and was missing part of the order. Called and was told they couldn’t issue a refund unless I came in-person. Asked for a manager who said he couldn’t process the refund - then why are you a manager?? I instead asked for a new delivery with the missing item and was told they couldn’t issue a new order. Lazy staff who didn’t want to deal with the issue that they created by not putting the item in the delivery bag and instead said I could talk to the General Manager when they were in next. Never getting delivery from here again!"
"I stopped in here to pick up an online order for a customer. It was a pretty good-sized order, so I'm very thankful for the option to order ahead of time online (ordered the night before for 30 people). The order was made perfect and accurate. Huge shout out to Samantha for the excellent customer service and assistance! It's great to still experience great customer service! Thank you, Panera, and thank you, Samantha! You made my customer thankful and pleased with everything!"
"Best Panera I've been in so long! My mom used to rave about the mac n cheese and has yet to show me what she was raving about. After 10 years she had the mac n cheese she remembered telling me about. So saucy and fresh. The cooks offered to help carry food to my table.... the only interaction I've had with an employee in ten years at Panera was at the register/POS. I will go to this Panera always from here on out."
