"We went to this location once before a few months ago, had a long wait time then.. and drinks were ok... Decided to give 'em another chance today... We waited for a staff memeber to acknowledge us to place my order for over two minutes, without a line... then the staff ignored us while talking and joking, amongst wleachother, on their headsets. Two drinks took almost 10 minutes to get... and they tasted terrible. Mine was un-drinkable... my husband suffered through his. I will never go back. This is the first bad review I've ever left... and it is earned. Only reason I gave a 2 stars for atmosphere was because, though they were not professional, at least the staff was happy..."

"I always order my iced mocha and they always give me a warm one. Not a big deal but if I’m spending money on this it should be exactly what I ordered. I tried using the Starbucks app to see if they’d finally get it right. But they still manage to mess things up."

"asked for extra caramel brulee topping and got none :( glad I rode 10 miles to come here lol. Edit: and I wouldn't ask them to remake my drink because it already took them 20 minutes to do this they are understaffed and cannot complete orders, there was one guy in there making drinks and a huge line of cars. And if they couldn't make it right the first time why would they make it right the second time? They would probably spit in my drink after I bothered them because they were clearly overwhelmed. But I don't pay six or seven dollars as a charity for a drink you know? I have a cappuccino machine at my house. Why would I do that? I can make my own drinks for a fraction of the cost that taste a lot better. I just thought it would be nice to go on a ride and get a treat at the end of the ride but it wasn't much of a treat. But I really do love the condescending response implying that I could have fixed my drink if I'd only asked. Maybe they could have made it right to begin with if they were so good at making drinks right? From now on at the end of my ride I will stop at Burger King instead of Starbucks I will get a much better treat for much less money."

"This one is really busy but has a big dining area and it even looked like the drive thru was going pretty fast. Definitely better to go a little further for this one rather than go into a grocery store Starbucks."
