"This is the most consistent location that I’ve visited, the drive-through set up is idiotic, but can’t knock the stuff for engineers who over engineer things. Sydney is absolutely the best always puts a smile on your face and always kind/easy to work with. Some of the Window attendance try to chat, which would be fine but when it’s cold outside, I like to roll my window up. Still the regular early morning crew here is pretty awesome!"

"Quite possibly my favorite Starbucks ever. It has such a cute little drive-thru. I love how nice the staff is and how close it is to work. It’s even easier to get in and out if people just use the app to order ahead. And to everyone else I pose this: your character as a person is really tested by how you treat customer service workers. They’re on their feet all day. Show some professionalism."

"Ordered a blonde roast which I have had many times before. Drove off and quickly determined what I received was a watered down coffee. They must have simply added hot water to one of their darker roasts in a failed effort to turn it into a blonde roast. Had to drive all the way back and they swapped it out with no question but it was pretty annoying that they tried to pull a fast one on me."

"I am literally so disappointed… pumpkin cream cold brews are my favorite thing ever… Tuesday at 6:20am on release day (8/24) I was sooooo excited. Was handed my cold brew and the crew was completely incorporated into the drink (it’s like they didn’t froth the cream at all, see photo)… I asked if they were making them differently this year to voice my dissatisfaction and the girl responds “the creams just so heavy it falls through”…. This is definitely not the case. I get a caramel crew cold brew or a pumpkin cream cold brew when available every week since the pandemic began and never had this issue before…. I took my coffee and left. Giving 3 stars because every other order has been great and I love this location but the people working at 6:20am on 8/24 need to be retrained in how to properly make a pumpkin cream cold brew. I was so excited and was completely let down… UPDATE: I went back an hour later because I was just so distraught about how much I hated the first drink. They remade it properly this time (see corrected photo)"
