"Me and my wife went through the drive through, the young woman who helped us was very sweet, however the older woman who handed me our drinks was not. She handed me the frappuccino and it did not have whipped cream. I asked her if i could have some added, or even just a cup of it. She replied “no, this drink does not come with whipped cream.” I responded, “oh okay, can I just get a small cup of it then?” she said yés but in a rude tone. I checked the starbucks app and sure enough, the picture shows a mountain of whipped cream atop the frappuccino. Do better starbucks. 3 Stars."
