"I went through the drive through to get a quick drink during my 14 hour work shift and they gave me the wrong drink. Which I’m not sure how because I was the only one in the drive through, now some poor guy or girl named Bobby, is without their drink. Now I’m sad and I can’t return it because I can’t leave again. "Well, I guess I spoke too soon! Everyday for the past 3 weeks I have ordered the same drink, a large double chocolate chip frappuccino and it ALWAYS has both the chocolate drizzle & the cookie crumble on it. Until today when a lady named Victoria was taking orders at the window. She not only changed me extra for the cookie crumbles, she argued with me about it! She was the rudest person I’ve come across at this location in the past 3 weeks! If she’s new, she’s not a good employee! Guess I’ll be going back to the location on 287 & Main! This was on Wed., 10/11 around 215 pm. This location is so much better than the location at 287 & Midway. They know how to make the drinks here!"
