Starbucks

"The staff here have been really friendly. They have a great vibe and work together. The store is clean including the restrooms. Makes for a pleasant start to the day. Oh, and the coffee is sooooo good. Had a trie shot caramel latte and an English muffin with egg, sausage, and cheese. The muffin is ok... its a microwave thing, but that's not what I come to Starbies for."

"They left the classic out of my drink again! And yes, I know I can come inside and have you remake it. Maybe I should plan better. That way I'll have more time to come inside when you make my drink wrong. Do you see how I used the word WHEN, not IF? Seems no one likes to listen and follow directions. I was even asked if I was sure that I wanted classic. My response was yes, both please!"

"Food anf drinks are as should be expected from a Starbucks: overpriced and standard, slightly over-roasted (burnt tasting), coffee concoctions and sugar based slightly above standard quality quasi-bakery 'snacks' - but all very consistent. Just like ALL Starbucks. Depending on yhe time of day, the day of the week, the time of year, school schedules (lots of housewives in large SUVs), and the weather....can be long lines, especially for drive-thru. Just like MOST Starbucks. Let's be honest, it's a typical suburban Starbucks....you know what you are getting."

"On my birthday, I was fully expecting a wonderful greeting and a free drink. I was charged for my drink, then refunded. When I was upset about a "Happy Birthday" not being on my drink, the manager Charlie told me, "It's not part mandatory to write it on there." I don't have family around to ever celebrate with, so every happy birthday is important to me. So much for feeling special on my birthday. I will never come to this Starbucks again!!"
