"Today a gentleman works here we asked for a soy chi and said clearly with soy milk had regular milk we asked to get it changed got mad we clearly asked it with soy milk if he doesn't want to work there why work there if he isn't going to do his job correctly let me do it instead he was wearing a mask I wasn't able to see the name these workers get paid to do simple job throw a fit when it's done wrong if you've listen the first time there wouldn't be a mistake. These workers need better training or something"

"One the worst starbucks my wife and I been too. It's our third time been there and every time, it's aways been terrible experience with our drinks. When you ask for extra hot, you ecept a sleeve for your drink, no they say it cost .10 cent. Today I received a drink tast sour. We will never go back this starbucks."

"I love Starbucks and usually order from this location because it's close to work. But I am willing to drive out of my way to another location due to bad service. I always order ahead on the app so I can just run in and out( because I am always running late but can't live without my Starbucks) but this last time I went was the last straw. My drink wasn't ready but ok I said I'll wait. Once she sat my drink down and called my name I was surprised to see it was only half full. 7 something for a venti when she only gave me a tall worth. I was in too much of a hurry to make a fuss so I just grabbed my drink and left. Ps. And no it ain't because the fom settled I literally saw her make it. An no it ain't because I ordered it without ice or anything weird like that. I refuse to pay full price for half the drink. Will not be happy going back to this location."

"9-24-23. I've updated my review today. My order was made correctly! I contribute this to the person that keyed in my order. They've learned to put it on the sticker! That's a win! See updated pic. Very rarely does this location get my drink right. Today my coffee came with no creamer. The person at the drive thru window said "it isn't printed on the cup". Well that explains it all! Classic syrup isn't printed on my cup either although ALL iced coffee drinks are SUPPOSED to come with classic syrup unless the customer requests differently. 80% of the time they leave the classic out of my drink as well.... today was no exception! I've even reached out to Starbucks corporate and have been told they they're working on this issue...I have heard the same response for a couple years now. Is Starbucks ran by the government? Why does it take so long to implement old practices? If my coffee is supposed to come with classic syrup how about putting that on the label. The person I'm ordering my drink from tells me classic is always added. The person that makes my drink doesn't add classic syrup because it's not printed on the label. How does this issue get fixed?"

"Stop by this place on my way down to my mom's place down south, conveniently located off Wadsworth Staff is always friendly and nice, walk in service is also relatively quick. They had to install codes on their bathrooms recently like many other places but it's easy to just get the code. Probably the only negative about this Starbucks is the small parking and drive through area. I've been almost blocked in several times when I've been parked and the drive through line basically almost goes to the Wadsworth entrance. Not their fault just sometimes an inconvenience."
