"I cannot even begin to describe how incredible this place is! Holy cow! Located near Dick’s Sporting Goods, immediately upon walking up just to check it out we were met with the owner making drinks. He greeted us with a smile and started chatting about what to expect at his shop. Curt Peterson began by pointing out the piece from 5280 on his shop then dove right in on what his ice cream was all about and how it paired with the nitro cold brews. He then started busting out sample after sample. My oldest daughter loves lemon and he delivered a delicious lemon flavor. My youngest loves everything so she tried it all and settled on cookies and cream. My husband got butterbrickle in a whiskey barrel cold brew (SO GOOD!) and I got the honey hotness in the same cold brew. Now, when I tell you that honey hotness was the best ice cream I’ve ever had I am not even remotely exaggerating. It was perfectly creamy, the honey was paired perfectly with the habanero which you didn’t taste until the very end and it was a subtle but wonderful tickle of spice. I LOVE spicy stuff and this delivered. Curt was extremely kind and you could tell he loves his business and his products. It’s also fairly reasonably priced! I will return to Colorado Mills just for his ice cream and coffee!"

"By far this is the best ice cream I've tasted in my life, I was interested in tasting as the flavors looked incredible and the ice cream was so much better than I had hoped. I was offered several different samples and every one was delicious. I settled on a double scoop of Foxy Brown which is a brown sugar cinnamon and Butter brickle. I would go back to Colorado just to have this ice cream again."

"This place is awesome. I'm from Chicago and a buddy took me here. The owner was working and he was the most friendly and passionate guy. You can tell he loves what he does. He was asking me question, giving samples to make sure I got something I'd like. I had one of the best coffee drinks mixed with his home made ice cream. My buddy shipped me a bag of his coffee and I used it in my espresso machine at home and it's probably the best shots I've ever pulled."

"The service is so amazing! Every time i come here i leave happy! Honestly one of the only reason i really look forward to visiting the mall :) the man is always super nice and tells us about the flavors! He let me try his new lemon and cookies and cream flavors and they were just as amazing as his other flavors! Always super nice the ice creams are amazing quality!"

"A little late with the review, but, I had the pleasure of supporting this Black-owned business several weeks ago. It was so delicious, I even had seconds! Initially, I had tried the affogato and enjoyed the medley of some delicious, strong coffee and the sweetness of the cinnamon flavoured ice cream. I had a spoon or two from the hubs cup and it was delish. I later got a cone with foxy brown and a flavour I can’t recall. The young man (Austin, I believe) who served us was very polite, efficient and made some great menu suggestions. As we sat at one of the tables, the owner, who was just dropping in, engaged with us and told us a little about the place. He was friendly, polite and informative. Definitely will be checking them out whenever I’m in the area."
