"Usually super happy with them. Today....didn't toast or give me my right bagels, asked for garlic bagels got plan, one not toasted one cold toasted. Both were supposed to be garlic bagels toasted. Pretty upset. Not impressed with the owners reply.... my order should have been right"

"Visited here for lunch. Another place we wanted to go was closed. Friendly service. I had a turkey wrap. Ok but nothing special. My wife had a tuna melt. It was supposed to be hot but it wasn’t. Probably ok for breakfast. The bagels were ok but really not authentic I thought. I guess if you go there you won’t starve but you may not be wowed either."

"Just stumbled across this place and loved it. Ordered a special, rosemary and thyme - really excellent. Nice fat and chewy bagel. Subtle rosemary was great. Was so good I bought all of the remaining except one I saved for the nice lady behind me. Also, good staff and great music. I’ll be back soon!"
