"I had the duck duck goat salad and it was absolutely fantastic! The quality of every ingredient was Primo and the flavor blend was wonderful. I got the dressing that came with it although I don't know what the name of that dressing was, but it was absolutely perfect for the dish. It's a very casual atmosphere place with both indoor and outdoor seating right by what I think must be Bear Creek. Absolutely lovely setting. Rustic casual dining experience with food that is over the top good!"

"We've been here a few times now, and the kids usually like the pork with root beer BBQ sauce. I usually get the brisket, and it's good but you got to eat it fast or it dries out and gets cold.. The place could use some fixing up and better cleaning."

"Great smokehouse next to a river. Great selection of smoked meats with options for sandwiches, salads, and sides. The service is excellent. Food is served on picnic tables inside, covered outside, and outside with umbrellas. Great and quick service. It’s not cheap, but the food is high quality. Highly recommend the duck with root beer bbq sauce. They have a couple beers on tap and a decent selection of bottles. Great stop returning from the area to Denver."

"Great little spot up in Evergreen! We really enjoyed the pulled pork, and the sides are all winners. My personal favorite sauce is their in-house root beer barbecue sauce, definitely worth trying! Service was fast, everyone was super kind, and there were multiple adorable dogs outside!"
