"It's a good outdoor mall. I was only there to go to one store so I was kind of in and out. However, they do have a really cool kids play area. It's nice clean and safe for the kids. It's really well done actually. It's on the north end."
"The playground & adult slide alone is worth it...much less all the specialty stores that have such high quality stuff! Love this place!!"
"Nice outdoor outlet mall. Many shops and it appears to be dog friendly. Also, they have a nice playground for the kiddos."
"Went there on Sunday, the hours posted online said open until 7. Got there around 6 pm, half of the stores are already closed, some were starting to close and the managers of some of those stores were rude about the closing time. The Vans store in particular! My son and I tried going in and were abruptly stopped by what I assume was the manager, told us in a rude manner that they were already closed, even though the lights were still on, the door was unlocked and they still had a few customers in there. I asked the store associate, some young woman with dyed hair and facial piercings, if they are closed, why didn’t she tell the other customers to leave and why is she turning us away? She said “Well, they’re still shopping!” I looked at her and told her, that’s what my son and I would like to do, yet she turns us away. I then said to her “I guess you don’t want any business if you like to turn people away!” She didn’t say anything, just gave me a blank dumbfounded stare. I find out later from an associate at the Journeys store that this mall is in a transition phase, going from holiday hours to normal hours. I had asked her why isn’t that information posted both online and on every door of every store in this mall. She didn’t know. I think it would be greatly beneficial for this mall to do have the holiday hours posted both online and on every store door. Castle Rock’s outlet mall does that, why can’t this one? I think when it comes to outlet mall shopping, I will stick with Castle Rock. It’s a much better outlet mall in so many ways besides keeping up to date with posting holiday hours."
"Located not too far from downtown with plenty of parking spaces. Place is filled with mid tier brand names and had some pretty good offers. Clothing discounts are better if you buy multiple pieces from the same outlet. Dining options are a little limited, better to come after lunch and shop it out!"
