"Misty's Coffee Shop is the best place to get a quality cup of coffee in the valley. I love the atmosphere of the shop, and all the staff are extremely personable and friendly! Misty, the owner is into creating very unique and interesting cups for the daily special, and is continually experimenting! So if you are looking for a traditional espresso drink, pour over, or something crazy and exciting, Misty's is sure to satisfy. There can be a bit of a wait if they are busy with orders, but you can usually expect to be sipping a heavenly concoction within a few minutes time - and it's totally worth the wait! Everything here is good! The coffee is very good quality, coming from Mountain Mama Roasters (also in Silt, CO!!) and the the roasters Kenneth and Desi are uber passionate about roasting the best coffee possible. It great to be able to pick up a bag of whole bean coffee at the shop too. It's so awesome they share common values with Misty, and really promote community through coffee!"
