Ken Caryl Vista by Wedgewood Weddings

"We had an incredible experience with Ken Caryl Vista by Wedgewood Weddings. We worked with Heidi, and she was so helpful during the whole wedding planning process, even on wedding day! We also worked with or corresponded with Kade and Sydney, and both of them were also amazing. We chose Ken Caryl Vista by Wedgewood because it made the wedding planning process seamless. My husband and I both work full time and I am also in grad school. First let me start off with the venue: it is beautiful. It is hard to find at first when you're driving in because there are many businesses around there, but once you enter the venue, it's very pretty. We had looked at other Wedgewood locations around the Denver area and settled on Ken Caryl Vista because we loved the view of the foothills and the mix of rustic and modern decor the venue offered. The venue provides in house catering, and the food was amazing. We had two guests at our wedding with severe allergies to most of the things used in the dishes they make, so the chef went out of his way to make plated meals for those guests. The chef also accommodated my vegetarian diet, vegan guests, gluten free guests, and guests with nut allergies. They also have an in house bar and bartenders. My husband and I opted for the open bar in our package. Another great thing about choosing Ken Caryl Vista and Wedgewood overall is that they provide the tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and charger plates. We were able to choose between gold or silver charger plates, and a plethora of colors for table linens and napkins. The venue contracts with vendors such as bakeries, DJs, florists, photographers, etc. You can choose to work with the people they contract with, or choose your own. This made the process SO easy-the florist and the baker and the DJ reached out to US first, because they had been contacted by the venue. We ended up working with everyone they suggested, but picked our own photographer. Overall, we had an amazing experience, and so did our guests. I wish we could do it all again!"

"Always a blast shooting at Wedgewood venues, and Ken Caryl Vista was no exception! Everything from the DJ to the coordinator, from the bar staff to the food and drinks is top-notch. Big shoutout to Heidi, who was on point, keeping everything running smoothly. The outdoor spots are picture-perfect, and the inside is spacious and beatuiful. If you’re eyeing a Wedgewood spot for your wedding, definitely put this one at the top of your list!"

"Everything was just perfect. We worked with Audrey and she was so amazing. She made our wedding experience so easy and enjoyable. She was so nice, funny, and very thorough. The venue was beautiful, the staff was so sweet to us. They always made sure we had everything we needed. I cannot say more great things about the venue, Audrey, and Wedgewood company. I recommend them as much as I can! We would choose you guys over and over."

"Everything turned out perfectly! It was much better than we even expected! The food was delicious. I have guests telling me it was the best wedding food they've ever had. The wedding planners were excellent. Anytime I had a question, the responses were very prompt. The vendors were great, from the florist, dj, and wedding cake. It was beautiful! The cost was very reasonable compared to other venues. I would highly recommend it if anyone was on the fence or just starting their venue search. Words can not express how happy we were with how our wedding turned out. One more thing: get the donut wall, or the pretzel and taco bars! They were a big hit! It was amazing!!"

"Ken Caryl Vista was the perfect place for our wedding! They guided us through every step in planning everything and they have the most amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and always answered my questions (even the silly ones). Despite some last minute issues out of our control (car was stolen a week before and the temperature was super cold forcing us to change where we were going to take pictures) the day went perfectly! The rehearsal was great and everyone knew where they needed to be and what was happening so there were no surprises. The entire was so special and definitely something we will always remember. If I could give 10 stars I would!"
