Armani Exchange Outlet

"Worst Armani outlet that I have ever visited. And very unfortunately this is the only outlet in the city. Staff is super lazy is help with anything. Obviously, they don’t wanna know what a customer is looking for . But atleast, when a customer asks for something, they are expected to(or atleast act) respond and put efforts of helping the customer. Guys!! If you don’t like your job, just quit and get a life somewhere else, just don’t waste our energies"

"The manager that she work there , she is terrible , rude… don’t wanna work with me on a shoes that I bought and it was cut off from back and she was yelling at people to get out her way when she is walking and telling them to not stand there ( they was def shopping and looking at stuff at that spot ) I would recommend to go at a different time I think she is there mornings or hopefully they do something about it ."

"I want to report disrespectful, rude, and racist action that happened by a woman who works here and said she is the manager. I came with my wife and three kids to buy clothes from this store, exactly between 12:10 to 12:20 pm on Saturday, June 18th, 2022. The woman shouted out loud at my 14-year-old "AUTISTIC" son because he just put his feet on the chair in the middle of the store. I told her "he's autistic and has issues with his vestibular system and can't be treated like this...we planned to buy clothes from this store but we changed our mind after your behavior.". Instead of apologizing, she treated me and my "Italian Muslim" wife, who wear hijab by the way, with disrespectful and disgraceful face and shouted to another employee to call security for us, just because we complained about her behavior with very respectful way!!! People who are closed minded like this woman should not be working in places like this. I'm a PhD educated person who travels around the world and knows human rights very well. So, I will sue the company if I see this woman in the store again."

"Best shopping experience ever. The second we walked in, Zain greeted us with a big smile. We were trying a few different clothes and he was running back and forth to help us to get the right size. We love Armani Exchange and we will definitely come back again."
