"Having posted a 5 star review previously I must post a 1 one star one now due to the service we got today. Riley was great the first 2 times he came out. We called a 3rd time to get a hood vent fixed and got a different tech. After 2 times of coming out, my hood vent still does not work properly. They sent us an invoice, so I called and stated that the job was never done properly. The lady Shayna, I believe, also the owners wife, cussed me out on the phone and told me she would send it to collections by the end of the day. After telling her I didn’t mind paying my bill, I just needed her to come out and fix my hood vent, like asked, she hung up on me. I called back, tried to reason with her, and got no where. After 15 min of her refusing to budge, she hung up in my face a 2nd time. So at this point i have a broken hood vent and a bill being sent to collections by a company that never fixed my hood vent. Do not use this company. They have zero customer service, and will screw you over the first chance they get."
