"Went to get my daughter's ears pierced. I was told upon getting there 5mins prior to her appointment (which was scheduled at the Auroa location NOT my local one I thought it had been scheduled with). That the Longmont Claire's location does not have their license to do piercings. Maybe they should remove that service from their online website if they don't offer it?"

"Purchased a $20 gift card for my daughter for her 10th birthday. My wife and daughter went in to use the gift card and it wouldn’t work. They didn’t have the receipt so we’re unable to use it. Went back in a 2nd time with the receipt and waited 20 minutes for cashier to try and figure it out which she never could and was told to come back tomorrow when store manager was in. 3rd trip in and my daughter was finally able to use the card to purchase something. When asked about a discount was advised that I should have said something before they wrung it up. No…..you are the store manager you should have offered. I told you twice before you rang it up that this was our 3rd trip in to try and use the card. The cashier was there from the day before I’m sure she explained we were there for 20 minutes and she couldn’t figure it out. Terrible customer service from the store manager and it trickles all the way down. Thanks for nothing Peggy."

"EDIT: DO NOT BUY THEIR RINGS I bought this ring, marketed to me as "sterling silver". In 2 days it started turning my finger blue and the metal itself was turning a coppery tone. No problem, I'll just clean it and get rid of the silver paint. Well low and behold, THIS happened--see photo for reference. However so far their other merchandise has not yet revealed itself as an alien being attempting to give its owner heart attacks so thus 3 stars is still a perfectly acceptable rate for this store. Absolutely awesome staff, great deals, and great finds. I had my ears pierced (third lobe) and she was super professional and quick about it. DEFINITELY going to go again."

"I gave this store a second chance even after I scheduled an appt to get my daughters ears pierced and when we showed up, 5 mins early, I was told that the girl who does the piercings got off at the same time they scheduled the appointment and she had just left (early). This time they didn't log in the ship to store orders and they haven't answered their phone in over a week. Even the people at the 800 number can't get through. The day that I needed the mask for has come and gone and I have a very disappointed little girl. At least corporate was able to refund my money. I shouldn't be surprised based on the mess in this store. It's worth the drive to go to one in another town, this one is seriously mismanaged."
