"Coming out of the holidays there we’re slammed, but what the didn’t have in stock they offered online orders delivered to my door and when they were booked up at the salon they made a great recommendation for the Boulder salon which worked our great! "Tia was incredible. Not just because she was knowledgeable on what I was searching for but because of her kindness and compassion towards my special needs daughter who was with me. I’m leaving three stars for the rest of the staff. Maybe some sensitivity is needed, I know diversity training is something yall do but I guess the disabled isn’t included? Maybe if my daughter was a member of the LGBTQ community or a different rac, whispering and acting as if she is somehow a blight on society doesn’t make you superior and while she may not notice your gross behavior, I DAMN SURE DO. Enjoy the $100 I still spent though. It’ll be the last time. Maybe Sephora has nicer employees."

"I love to come here because the staff is always so nice and helpful! I love that they carry The Ordinary products since it is an affordable brand. I recently have been trying to switch up my skincare for the cold weather so it is nice that they have travel size skincare brands available as well. I also get my favorite satin scrunchies from here!"
