"I had called and spoke with the woman on the phone for some piercings. she gave me all the info and took my info. We had come to the agreement that i would be in and had assured me we were set to go. To call ahead since the piercer was only 20 mins away. Needless to say i call to let her know i was on my way as SHE requested and got told too bad he was booked. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. I will never recommend or call them again."
