"I don't have many dealings with the old PO building. But in the new building, at 902 Jared St. The postmasters have been nothing but helpful. They have been extremely helpful. In my mind, the next best thing that they could do, is be open 24hrs a day [to accommodate us night drivers!!] But I realize that this it not going to happen!! You are doing a great job!!"

"Every single time i orfer something that wont let it be shipped to my house i immediately get annoyed because for years ive been going in and getting told my package isnt there or that the mail pile hasnt been sorted yet when my tracking number clearly shows it is ready for pickup. I recently ordered something and have went in 3 days in a row to get told the pile hasnt been sorted but they saw my package and to come back later. And then when i came back the fourth time was rudely yelled at by a lady and told they didnt have it"

"It is hard to consolidate all of the problems into one short review. The problems are varied and chronic. You don't get a payment notice for your PO box, they take the time to change the locks and charge you for it when you ask why your key doesn't work. I have packages that have not arrived (even though they show they arrived at the PO when tracked) for months. I only have a few payments that I can't set up direct deposit on, yet at least 2 times a year I have to call to get the invoice amount because the payment is going to be overdue and I still haven't received the invoice. I have had 2 different lenders call and ask if I needed a change of address form because mail sent to the address I have had for years is getting returned as 'invalid address'. I thought for a while I had somehow made an enemy in that office and I was being bullied, but everyone I ask replies that they have similar issues... you often can't choose a carrier when ordering things, but if you can opt out of USPS in this town."

"Awful, NOT trustworthy, and disrespectful. Contents of my package went missing and everytime I contact the manager, Shannon, she tells me that I just have to order a new one and that she can't check cameras to see who possible culprit is. I recommend not dealing with these unprofessional, disrespectful people."

"Please understand. I do appreciate our US Postal Service and all the people who work there. However, this post office window is open literally 31 hours a week (9:30-12:30, 1:30-4:30 Mon. thru Fri., and an hour on Saturday). Notice that I said "window." There are two windows, but only one is ever open. This makes it very inefficient whenever there's a rush. All things considered, the waiting in line usually isn't too bad (maybe 2-4 people in front of you at any given time). However, you better ship your packages directly to your house around December - waiting in line for 30-40 minutes isn't out of the question (again, only one window is open at any given time). As was mentioned in another review, if you're still in line when lunch time roles around, you're told to come back later, making you spend even more time waiting to get/send your mail. If you get a package on Saturday that's too big for your box, they'll put a notice in your PO Box. More often than not, this will take place after the window is closed, leaving you with no other option than to get said package until Monday when they open. The employees are great and work super hard, but the office as a whole is severely understaffed. Were there more people behind the counter, I have no doubt that most of the issues would be worked out, making this review irrelevant. Please hire more people!"
