"Honestly, this place should be shut down.. went in there and bought a frozen pizza and salsa… BOTH WERE EXPIRED! Got extremely sick. The pizza was over 2 months old… shut down this franchise!"

"Kitchen orders are usually not done when they are supposed to be. Every employee is usually too busy on their phone to be bothered to help you. They'll knowingly keep the ice cream machine in service when the product has been spoiled or contaminated and when you tell them they already know. Online ordering has been turned off more often lately. They will literally never answer their phones either, or you have to sit on hold for 10+ minutes."

"Place used to be ok but now it's just college kids "working". They're standing around on their phones with their earbuds in while there's long lines if customers, messy counters to be cleaned, and 2/3 of their drink machines were out of order!"

"Mayville’s Casey’s is absolutely horrible! Ordered a pizza, went to pick it up and they gave it away to someone else. They refuse to answer their phone no matter when you call so I can’t get my money back on my card. Many people have had problems with this store. They continuously shut off there ordering online early when they don’t feel like making more. They apparently shut their phones off too because when you call they don’t ring."
