"I can't describe the awesome feeling I get when I walk in to the store because it's really amazing! To get extremely great customer service from the employees is something I enjoy a lot about this specific Hot Topic location. They are really good with regular customers and I legit had a few employees who remembered my rewards email address before I changed it because said email I couldn't access. Regardless, they are very friendly and will help you find anything you are looking for! The one manager, at least I think she's the manager, has known me and my brother figure for a good while now and has a good team working there. Literally have left surveys with five stars on everything and strongly recommend and when I was asked what changes would be good, my answer was that no change is necessary as they're already doing really great!"
