"All I have too say is WOW. This place blows my mind how unsafe and how management has no understanding of the Federal law that is written for Transportation. Management will give you a day off if you put a truck out of service for safety concerns. Coercion laws are written by congress outlining what carriers can and can't do. But water hauling isn't oilfield except because it's written clearly what equipment is considered an oilfield except. Not only that but the company doesn't understand the 10-hour break and 8 consecutive hours of uninterrupted sleep As dispatched will call you or management in the 8 hour you need sleep. They will harass you too drive with 3 hours of sleep. Break the 8 hour rule. Dispatch. Also the 14 hour rule of on-duty and drive time. The company insurance is in process of suspension and management doesn't know what authority or FMCSA is. The equipment is extremely in disarray and is extremely unsafe. With multiple majore repair issues. Ground cables attached too broker cables. Nothing looks as it would even work because of the resistance problem. Lots of air test failures in the trucks or exuast leaks. If you have too stay in a hotel. They will put you in a room with another employee. I advise against this as some employees smoke or have questionable behavior or backgrounds."
