"It was a Subway. Don't think the product ever changes from one to the other. Food was good. Menu prices were incorrect to add a drink and cookies. Also going to restroom and seeing a sign that says "all employees must wash hands before returning to work" but there was no soap dispenser, so I guess that meant they needed to rinse off there hands???"
"Had all chairs put up on tables and were talking about locking the doors at 7:45 despite signs and Google listing saying they were open til 8. Kept whispering about more customers coming in just after us. Then after making our three subs, they told us they don't take coupons. The cashier said it says so on the door but I took photos of the door and there is NO SIGN saying they do not take coupons. I would have spent $45 on real food at another restaurant if I had known they don't take coupons. The entire interaction was extremely poor customer service."
