"This afternoon I shopped at Lane Bryant for the first time and I cannot say enough about how well I was treated. The stylist who helped me was Roby. He was attentive, insightful, innovative and kind. The rest of the staff was also supportive and friendly. I was made to feel welcome, heard, and supported . The store was clean and well kept. Everyone obviously knew the inventory and were happy to recommend what I might be looking for, as well as things outside of my comfort zone. I not only enjoyed their attention myself, but I got to witness them taking care of other customers as they walked in the store. If I didn't already have a job, this is the sort of environment. I would love to work in. This team makes this place excellent. I am grateful for the service I received. Not only will I be back, but I will happily recommend this location to others!
