When I arrived 20 minutes later, there were several options waiting in the dressing room for me. She was so patient and helpful, plus I found exactly what I was looking for. But the best part of my experience at Dona Forta is by far their customer service. I’ve never had a more friendly and helpful shopping foray. I had a snafu with one of the items I purchased here, and not only did Liana, the store owner, make it right, but she more than compensated me for the issue and hand delivered a replacement.
