"Stop following people through the store for nothing. When standing there just watching me didn't seem like enough to you and I would go to one side there you go creeping around the corner, I go to the other side and it took less than 20 seconds to see you coming up behind me. This woman just stood there staring at me like she was a bodyguard for what I was holding. Couple customers came in and she never left my side. Fake folding just so you can be in that exact section. You stood there flattening a pair of jeans with your hands and never once folded them. I watched when I left and all of a sudden the need to fake fold was gone. Hm. Disgusting practice."

"Beware of new employees that are not trained/conscious enough to be kind to customers. Torrid caters to women, mostly women show do not wear a size zero, so body shaming and unkind remarks when you’re trying to be fitted for a bra is inexcusable. I called and complained to the manager (I think her name was Justine) who said she’d speak to employees - but still. Leaving a review here to prevent someone else experiencing what we did today."

"The American manager of this location is racist, I try to return/exchange some jeans. And she told me no right away. She didn’t want to help me at all. I’m not sure because I’m Mexican/American or because she just didn’t like me. I try to explain to her if I could exchange them for something else and pay the difference or store credit but she just kept saying no for everything. I went to the torrid in Orchard and they took care of me right way!!"

"the store has great deals, all sizes of clothing including beautiful plus sizes! it has friendly staff and a cute changing area. I will go back there for sure and highly recommend this store in a clothing shopping trip."

"Staff were great and there was a lot of stuff to choose from. I felt like the selection wasn't as good as it could have been though. They're really heavy on floral designs, and you'll find a really cute cut you like in clearance and then nothing else like it on the racks. It was slightly frustrating. I did find some things I liked, but plain designs are few and far between here."
