"EXTREMELY RUDE interaction today with a young sales person when I asked about a return 4 days after the purchase. The receipt clearly states 7 days! I was told NO !!! I was too much work! I tried boots on at home on a rug and was told "I wore them and they could not be returned!"" I have spent $400.00 for boots I cannot wear! This is not at all professional! I was told a manager would contact me so we could discuss options. Nothing! Do not shop here unless you are SURE about your purchase! Not recommended!!! Attitude !!!"

"Wow! If I lived near Durango, I would shop here often. Their window display was inviting. They have beautiful women’s clothing, jewelry, accessories, boots, shoes, socks, gloves, scarves, purses, etc. They have Johnny Was, Karen Kane, Brighton, Tribal, and Double D brands. Reminds me of Sundance style. Kit was a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employee. She took items to a dressing room for me to try on. She offered advice and suggestions. What a great store."

"Full Navajo. I walked in and got no greeting. Walked around a bit and the lady in the store looked and looked away. Another lady walked in behind me (white) and she got the full greeting and hello. I was slowly walking out and she moved out of my way without one word. No greeting, not customer service. I’ve been in customer service for years, and worked with many people. This was the first time in Durango I did not feel welcome. Despite differences, I think everyone deserves a “Hello.”"

"I stopped into Eureka Dan's while running errands in Durango. The selection of clothing and accessories was impressive, offering items for various budgets, and the customer service was outstanding. Diane, the owner, is highly knowledgeable about styles and fits. She helped me find the perfect pair of jeans (and we all know how hard that is ladies) that fit like they had been my pants for years. Even when other customers were in the store, she continued to check on me and made sure I had everything I needed. I will certainly be back to Eureka Dan's."
