"There were cops here on a daily basis when I was living here. The posting was inaccurate, there was no gym. The man who showed us around the apartments was rude. The 'maintenance' man was letting himself into the apartments when people weren't there and stealing their belongings. He let himself into our apartment at one point, completely unannounced and unscheduled. When he saw us in there he just backed out and left- so so weird and creepy. At one point he and one of the managers completely robbed a tenants' garage while they were away. There was a new manager working there every other month. Some were okay, most were terrible. I would advise you avoid this place if you can."
"These apartments are a joke. A month after moving in the leasing agent THREW AWAY my rent check (Cashiers Check, so the money was already out of my account), and then tried to say that I had to get a new cashiers check. That situation went to corporate and they had to wait until the Cashiers check expired 90 days later before they got the rent for that specific month. They also offer "Payment Plans" Where you can pay on the 1st and the 15th.... but they're still going to charge you the $50 late fee, which they won't tell you about when you are signing the payment plan. You get to find out about that on your own when they post a notice on your door. Regardless of what market pricing is, if your lease is expiring they absolutely WILL raise your rent. Per Jennifer, the most recent leasing agent, "Rent is increased every year." Average pricing is around $400 less than what I currently pay, and they were still planning on raising my rent if I were to renew (which I absolutely would not.) I spoke to a leasing agent back in October(Can't remember which one, they've been through 4 in the last 10 months that I've been here) about a service issue I needed dealt with, It still hasn't been handled. I submitted another request in last week and haven't heard anything from them. It is just ridiculous. AVOID these apartments."
"Good housing for the price. I'm comfortable there. Sometimes parking is problem but still a good place."
"Affordable rental cost, 6 & 12 month contracts, washer/dryer included, garage access, pet friendly and responsible management that responds to all tenant concerns. Need I say more? Neighbors seem to be very friendly and willing to resolve issues as they come up :)"
