"Fraudulent with your contract!! The people before me that left 1-star reviews are not exaggerating! I wish I had read them before moving in. It's poorly run and they change your lease dates!! You'll pay more than you originally agreed to and you'll end up seeking legal representation or disputing credit card charges!!"

"During the winter out shower froze up for months. Several times the power and water would shut off for everyone. For the first 6 months they said that we had wifi but we didn't and when they finally did do something about it it hardly ever worked. They raised the rent three times while being and on the day we were moving out they tried kicking us out at noon saying that they needed to clean even though we already paid about $1,850 for the month. They were absolutely terrible to us during our stay. I recommend no one give their money to those people."

"Absolutely worst renting experience ever!! They jacked my rent up to $1750 per month 2 days before rent was due and when I asked about it, the owner says “Whats the big deal? It’s only $100 more a month.” He possesses zero people skills and demanded to speak to my husband when I told him we were moving out. Our cabin was filthy when we moved in, none of the patios door lock, the hot tub was disgusting, the A/C filter had not been cleaned in years, there were guys partying nightly drinking and playing loud music. Save your money and shop around for better housing in Watford City."

"We stayed here for 2 months and absolutely loved it for numerous reasons. The cabins are very nice and it is in a pretty area with trees! Which are hard to come by in North Dakota. They have a Jacuzzi and a bbq pit area as Well as a little playground for children. The cabins have a nice porch area to sit out on every night after a long days work with plenty of room for your own grill and lounge chairs which was greatly appreciated especially if you've had to spend long periods of time in hotels. The lady that runs the place, April, was very accommodating and it was quite obvious that her main agenda was the comfort of her guests which is quite refreshing for anybody that spends a lot of time away from home. We had lots of packages delivered during our stay and she always sent a text letting us know she took them over to the cabin and placed them on the porch. She was great. We HIGHLY recommend this place."

"me and my wife made a reservation but my work schedule changed so we cancelled. we were told we could get a refund and have been trying to get it for over a month. went from someone answering the phone to nothing. called several times left messages and nobody contacts me other than the first 2 times I have called. all I want is my refund of $300. the lady is friendly and I'm trying to be nice and patient. I hope I don't get screwed. Pretty convenient for there to be no way to contact the owner directly to resolve this since the manager said she did what she could. I would be more than willing to meet or talk. hopefully someone gets ahold of me since my calls have been blocked at the office."
