That does not warrant a one star review however she proceeded to get on the radio after we checked out and made a comment about dealing with cotton pickers up front. "I really dislike how Joanns does their coupons. One day it’s 20% off but doesn’t include doorbusters. A day later, it’s 20% off but does include sale and regular items and even though the product is still on sale as it was 2 days before, you can get the discount. Some days, you can only get the discount if it’s a pickup order. When I’m buying yarn, I want to see what I’m buying first. Plus, they say they have it in stock only to cancel the item because they don’t. It’s frustrating and they won’t help you out at all. Lines are always super long with only one person at the cash register. It’s clean but that’s about it…"
