"I'd give more stars if they could've helped me with an exchange or discount on a new one. Don't leave the store until you're sure. Expensive mistake for what it is. Elfbar blueberry ice is disgusting. Can't even do manufacturer claim because they threw out the packaging. It's a good opportunity to quit the habit and stop wasting the money though so there's a silver lining to the experience. I'll make it two stars. Replying to owner's response: thank you for replying but a friend of mine referred me to another shop who has a more flexible policy that ensures a positive customer experience and return business."
