"If you can avoid it, do not use this business. They will literally just take your money and lie. Ordered a cap and gown from them with some other things in an overpriced grad package. It never came. Contacted them multiple times and they never gave an update on the order status or did anything to make sure it arrived in time. They refused to give me a refund after it was clear I wasn't going to receive anything. They told me it was shipped even though it wasn't (never got a shipping notification or tracking information, website said the order was "in progress")."

"Buyer BEWARE! Ordered graduation package with an extra “ice tassel” for additional cost for my Grandson’s graduation and the tassel was not sent, the quality of the other products are low grade, and the customer service is non-existent!!! Tried to coordinate with the company several times, received promises of the tassel being mailed, then meeting us at the ceremony, and finally a refund, but never received the refund or another notification. Use a different vendor for your graduation needs!!! I have notified the school also."

"I have been on the phone with Herff Jones five times this week because I was sent graduation invitations with no date, time, or location. I am on my fifth call currently which has been over an hour because the representatives are not authorized to give me a refund or replacement. They have tried multiple times to issue a partial refund or to upcharge me 50% of my original order to customize it with a date, time, and location. It is a graduation invitation from a company that was the preferred provider for my school and there was not a spot to include a date, time, and location on the order."

"Worst company ever!!! Getting information back on your product status should not take weeks. Reps say they will contact you back and don't. Once they get your money you are on your own. Products are not what you request or with the wrong data on them. Please find another company for your Childs' perfect graduation experience. My son still doesn't know when his class ring will show-up and he graduated on 22 May 2022"

"Ordered my son's college graduation regalia online. Received items pretty promptly, however, they sent two graduation tassels and only one Stole of Gratitude (I ordered two at $35 each). Brought this to their attention on their website and received no acknowledgement. Sent an email to the address on the packaging and it came back as "undeliverable". Tried calling their local office in the Springs and have been on hold for over 30 minutes. Customer service is non-existent. Also, very disappointed in the quality of their announcement cards. Cheap, flimsy and fuzzy printing."
