"Don't recommend. I got my ears pierced here and they did it CROOKED! It was a pain to get it back in, and plus the gun stung for over a week! Also the 3 week after care was supposed to be for 6 weeks instead, I had my ears infected! 0/5 stars but 1/5 due to the cuteness."

"I took my kid here to get earrings around lunchtime on a Tuesday and the employee told us she had someone coming in for an interview in 12 minutes and she wanted us to come back in an hour. I asked how long it would take, and she said, "about 10 minutes". I told her I didn't have time to wait an hour for something she could have done. Besides, if the interviewee showed up, what's wrong with having them wait 2 minutes and watch a customer being taken care of? Amazing. I definitely will never come back to this Claire's again."
