"I never go into this store because the Store Manager is so rude. I gave it a try a few months ago, and the Store Manager said when I walked in, “Oh great, another online return!” And then rolled her eyes. I was actually just going to exchange for another size, but I returned them so I didn’t have to deal with her. Yesterday, I tried another store visit, and the two “managers” behind the counter were so rude. I spend A LOT of money in this store to pay their paychecks, but I’m never shopping here again. I’ll take my money and spend it elsewhere. No one should have to put up with that behavior."

"Brecca makes this store special. She is super rad and down to earth! I work at the mall and have frequented this store for several years and have had a few poor experiences with the old staff being rude and dismissive. Brecca and her team go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and they keep the store clean and inviting and the clearance room well stocked! Thanks for all that you do team Express Flatirons!"

But I was helped by this one employee her name was Nat! She asked all the right questions and shared all the information that I needed to know about the clothing items. Not once did she get annoyed by me locking myself out of my dressing room multiple times ha ha she made my shopping experience super enjoyable as well as the Express flat irons team!!"
